CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BROWNIES - VEGAN

1 cup of mash bananas.

1/3 cup of nut or seed butter.

1/4 cup of maple syrup.

1/4 cup of plant based milk, oats, cashews, almond, 1/2 cup of organic cacao powder.

1/2 a teaspoon of baking soda (aluminum free)

1/2 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt

1/2 half a teaspoon of cinnamon

2/3 cup organic dark chocolate chips chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 parchment line and an eight by eight pan. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. When mixed well add the chocolate chips and choice of nuts. spread into a pan bake for 35 minutes (fudgy texture) and 40 minutes for more of a cake texture cool before cutting, enjoy :)

RECIPE :

1 quart of coarse Himalayan pink salt or sea salt

rose petals

rose oil, lavender oil , sweet almond oil

coconut milk
