Integrative SOMATic THERAPY

INTEGRATIVE SOMATIC THERAPY + BODY WORK

2HRS $300, 2.5hrs $350

To truly heal and transform trauma, we must speak the body’s primal language: sensation, movement, and breath. Through integrative somatic practices,  breathwork and movement practices, we work together to release held patterns, regulate the nervous system, and facilitate powerful changes that go far beyond conventional trauma treatment approaches.

Trauma fragments the self. It disrupts memory networks, hijacks the nervous system, and leaves behind protective parts that work overtime to shield us from pain. While these survival strategies are adaptive, over time they can create cycles of disconnection, hypervigilance, depression, and shame. Healing requires more than managing symptoms — it requires integrating the fragmented parts of the self and restoring safety in the body.

I use a unified somatic approach to trauma-informed care: including a deeper understanding of the body’s relationship with social, environmental, developmental, relational, spiritual, and cultural wounding and healing.

  • Understand more about what holds you back from creating the life you want.

  • Transform stuck parts of yourself into inner resources of strength, love, and freedom. Remove the barriers in your relationships, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and others.

  • Build internal resilience and self regulation through embodied presence and practices.

  • Enhance your fundamental ability to adapt and navigate life with ease and agency.

  • Enhance your capacity to identify internal responses to stressors, and mobilize that energy towards restoration and ease.
