Fascia as Memory Medium: addressing and dissolving emotional + somatic memory patterns via breathwork and fascial unwinding.
Tracking Autonomic Nervous System Shifts( within the session + daily life)
Creating a Therapeutic Container: physical safety within the body and therapeutic session.
Somatic Memory Processing: emotional emergence & cognitive integration.
These sessions are 2 hrs long. They leave clients feeling centered, grounded, and supported. These sessions are ideal for anyone at anytime, it is especially recommended during times of high stress, fatigue , grief, or times of difficulty.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is revolutionizing how we think about flexibility, recovery, and overall movement. Unlike traditional stretching that focuses on isolated muscles, FST targets fascia—the web-like connective tissue encasing muscles, joints, and organs.FST focuses on elongating and releasing tension in the fascia. This holistic approach promotes better movement, reduces pain, and enhances physical performance. I guide clients through a series of dynamic movements, often incorporating traction and rhythmic breathing, to help the body return to its natural alignment and mobility.
Trauma is a powerful and often life-altering experience that can impact not only our emotional and mental health but also our physical well-being. While we frequently think of trauma as something that affects the mind, there is growing evidence that trauma is also stored physically in the body, particularly within the fascial system. When trauma—whether emotional, psychological, or physical—occurs, the fascial system responds by holding on to tension, potentially leading to chronic discomfort, postural imbalances, and pain.
I understand the deep connection between trauma and the fascial system and blend somato emotional practices to help bring back harmony to the whole system. Addressing trauma stored in the fascia can lead to significant relief from pain, physical and emotional patterns and long-lasting healing
