Fascia as Memory Medium: addressing and dissolving emotional + somatic memory patterns via the body, through breathwork, fascial unwinding, and cognitive processing.
Tracking Autonomic Nervous System Shifts: the art of therapeutic listening for the practitioner , and sensing for both practitioner and client.

This program will invite you to meet your own patterns with curiosity and compassion. We work from a lens of building greater capacity to hold ourselves and others , rather than ‘the fixer’ lens. Here we move from performance to embodied love and support so we can meet clients with presence and integrity.
In this program, practitioners learn a pathway for authentic trauma release, and integration work through trauma informed somatic practices, fascial unwinding, breath, subtle body awareness , and relational presence.
This method encompasses multiple dimensions; somatic, emotional, cognitive, relational, and energetic. Every practitioner, will become skilled at making sure shifts are integrated across these multiple dimensions. This creates lasting transformation rather than temporary catharsis without embodiment.
A somato-energetics practitioners is an embodied practitioner. As they move through the program it will become less about ‘the doing’ and more about the ‘being’; being the safe container, the compassion, the fluid movement and breath. Practitioners will feel more ease with every session.
This program invites your to meet your own patterns with curiosity and compassion through our growth work modules. This is not to ‘fix’ yourself but to build internal capacity to hold others by learning it first hand. We can only take clients where we’ve gone, we can only offer the compassion we’ve cultivated with honesty. Our growth work component helps practitioners move beyond performance into authentic embodiment.
