Ayurveda is “The Science of Life.” It is called the “Mother of All Healing “This healing science was a way of life in India. To wake with the sun, drink warm honey lemon water, meditate, do yoga, and cultivate inner beauty was a way of life for all people. Ayurvedic therapies work on the principle that any application on the body is critical, because the medicinal properties of that product can seep into the body through the skin and enter our bloodstream, therefore the products we choose to use must be safe for our body, and devoid of harmful substances. This goes for all we take into our bodies, or place on our bodies, including the things we see, hear, and hold in the mind. All health and beauty starts here.
Ayurveda focuses on balance, in fact it’s all about balance and harmony. It specifically focuses on balancing each Dosha; Vata, Pita, and Kapha (these are AIR, FIRE, and EARTH elements which make up and control the basic physiological functions of the body). These doshas are important, but not for the purposes of this e- guide. The doshas of each individual are unique, and they are determined at conception based on the leading elements within each parent at the time of conception. Here is yet another reason why both people wanting to conceive must be mindful of the physical, and spiritual harmony within their body before committing to creating another human from their energy body.
Today, with more education and awareness, more people are drawn toward the Ayurvedic way of living. Many pieces of the ayurvedic path have been infused in modern day wellness culture . Brands worldwide are also following suit, bottling ancient remedies from the Vedic texts that work towards balancing mind, body, and soul, not just skin.
Ayurvedic ingredients are based in special mixtures of herbs, each working to bring harmony to the entire body. Traditionally, steam distillation, cold pressing, and handcrafting make up the foundation of production in Ayurveda products. These methods preserve the efficacy of the plant's vitamins and minerals. Many products may also have a unique formulation journey before ending up in our body or face serum. This means some items are also infused with energetic healing mantras. These are all important distinctions between ayurvedic products, and beauty rituals, from the ordinary beauty products you buy , and treatment in standard aesthetician spas. And this is also something I am very proud to offer at Veda Wellness.
Ayurveda offers various tools and recommendations to optimize your overall health and beauty, as they are intimately connected. Ayurveda teaches us to become more mindful in all we do, and consume. That means everything about the way we live is intentional . Living with intention is a Ayurvedic principle , an perhaps the most important one of all. Intention is the foundation of everything. Ayurveda, takes our routine into ritual, into something sacred, whether if is a skincare routine , cooking, child rearing, or meeting friends, all is a ritual (a small celebrations with intention). In Ayurveda, this way of living feeds, and nourishes, our entire being and is a key component to our health and our beauty .
While everyone's preferences are unique, Ayurvedic practices are neutral, and can be easily adapted to many people’s daily lives and routines. Ayurveda is about slowing down the pace, being mindful in all things, and enjoying the process. It's about removing toxicity in all things and finding harmony and balance. It places great emphasis on prevention, and encourages the maintenance of health and beauty through close attention to balance in one’s life; right thinking (mindset), right diet (holistic nutrition), and lifestyle (what we consume and surrounds ourselves with).
In Ayurveda Balance is the natural order; imbalance is disorder. Body, mind, and spirit, or consciousness, work together in maintaining balance. Within the body there is a constant interaction between order, and disorder, when one understands the nature and structure of disorder, one can re-establish order again.
This ancient science also takes us back to a time when beauty is defined in holistic terms, a practice of living holistically, in harmony with ourselves, nature, and our cycles. In this system, beauty is within every woman's reach and beauty rituals serve to heal not only your skin but your entire body, mind, and soul.
“Because we cannot scrub our inner body, we need to learn a few skills to help cleanse our tissues, organs, and mind. This is the art of Ayurveda.”
-Sebastian Pole
AYURVEDA focuses on three pillars of beauty which are what I call the
“3 keys to magnetic beauty and health ”
So, first and foremost as I mentioned is the foundation block - INTENTION / MINDFULNESS in all things. We can think of the 3 keys or pillars as the structure ontop of the foundation. I’ve takin these three keys and expanded them beyond the ancient concept to help every woman understand them, and be able to integrate these concepts into their daily life. These keys change the beauty paradigm to one that extends far beyond the physical and conventional understanding of beauty and health that has been propagated to us by our popular culture.
These three keys are;
1. Our Physical body & health (ROOPAM)
2. Inner Energy body ; harmony of mind-body- spirit (GUNAM)
3. Lasting Beauty ( VAYASTYAG)
1st KEY
ROOPAM : Our Physical body/ internal health , also considered to be our “Outer Beauty” , our appearance , our body structure , and our physical features.
Our outer beauty and appearance , is a reflection of our internal health, and harmony. Our skin, nails, and hair reflect our health or illness. These things show what we are deficient in, or what we assimilate plenty of. Inner body health becomes the outer body appearance and the body’s ability.
— IN AYURVEDA, HEALTH IS THE FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT COMPONENT OF BEAUTY. THEREFORE, WITHOUT TRUE HEALTH INTERNALLY THERE IS NO BEAUTY.
I want you to take a moment and read that again. Read it out loud!
Health is the first, and the most important component of beauty. So, if we want to be more beautiful, more radiant, more magnetic, believe me when I tell you, you must start with your physical health. Our body is the vehicle for this experience called life and all the comes with it. Its our most prized possession. NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN HEALTH , AND NOTHING CAN BE ENJOYED IF HEALTH IS NOT PRESENT.
So where can you start today?
nutrition
digestion & hydration
detoxification
lifestyle.
1. NUTRITION
“When diet is wrong, medicine is of no use. When diet is right, medicine is of no need.”
Get on a nutrient dense diet that your body thrives with. What does this mean?
I mean, STOP EATING THINGS THAT DO NOT HAVE NUTRIENTS (cookie’s , chips, boxed foods etc) and start eating 1 ingredient foods like ; apple, banana , oats, rice, potatoes, broccoli, cabbage, nuts , seeds , eggs, and so on.
Remember, not all nutrition plans work for all people. I do well with meat, and all veggies, nuts, seeds, and fruits, someone else might not do well with meat, but might do amazing with beans, nuts and seeds, another might do best as a vegan, or another as a pescatarian.
**My point is you need to eat for; your body type (what you do well with, makes you feel energized , light , clear) , your digestion type (all your intolerances , allergies, sensitivities and preferences) , and your lifestyle (a person in the Mediterranean will eat different than a person in Japan, and a person in cold snowy winter will eat different than one in the Caribbean).
Whatever it is, make sure you are getting nutrient dense meals with plenty of proteins (amino acids) vitamins and minerals, live enzymes, antioxidants and healthy fats and polyphenols. Make sure to eat a balance of raw foods for live enzymes and also cooked foods. Always keep in mind what best suits your digestive tolerance and energy needs.
Here is a list to help you get started:
Antioxidants / vitamin c rich foods (anti aging):

2. DIGESTION & HYDRATION
“We are not what we eat, but rather, what we assimilate”.
Focus on good digestion, in ayurveda you are not what you eat but what you can digest (or assimilate) and this is not just about food, its about thoughts, emotions, experiences etc. When it comes to nutrition, the assimilation of nutrients is what matters, if something makes you gassy (even if its healthy, opt out). If something makes you feel bloated and heavy get clear on why. Observe the combinations of foods that cause discomfort (food combinations is a big one in ayurveda, many things are not meant to be digested together and can create gasses in the body that harm our digestive system. Similarly, if certain music lifts your spirit turn it up, if not, turn it off. If certain conversations or people leave you drained, change them or walk away.
Live mindfully, mindful eating, mindful self care, mindful communication, mindful in relationships; be aware, be present , and learn to live with daily gratitude. Look at how you are blessed and abundant rather than what is lacking.
When eating, being mindful is to honour when you feel satisfied, rather than full, to honour the food we have, the hands that cultivated it, and the earth that grew it etc.
Tips:
Start your day with a large cup of warm lemon water and ginger before anything else, finish your day the same way.
Some like to add honey, some a pinch of Celtic salt or cayenne pepper. (these are all options your can explore).
Hydrate often without over doing it, drink clean filtered water that has its trace minerals in it and no chemicals. Get a filter, its doesn’t need to be expensive!
Options: Zero Water offer cheap pitcher solutions
Home systems: Berkey, Aquatru, Waterdrop (AMAZON) all really affordable. Also, purchase a water ionizer to get Hydrogen rich water once filtered.
3. DETOXIFICATION
A regular movement practice is key to health and beauty, we must stay active to support our lymphatic system which is part of our immune system. We must sweat a little, we must build heat, work the heart and lungs, and get everything moving. We must use our muscles, use the range of motion our bodies are designed to have, build progressive strength, endurance and flexibility, all in balance. In this component of detoxification there is also breathwork, sweat and sauna, somatic work , fascial work, meditation, and mindset. Detox in ayurveda means body, mind, and spirit together, not just the physical body.
There are great movement classes completely free on YouTube if you cannot join a studio.
Tracy Anderson has free 15-20 min Pilates classes on YouTube, there are many yoga options and meditation options on YouTube also that are excellent and completely free.
** I do recommend joining a studio that offers classes you enjoy so you can be held accountable and build community. My favourite movement teacher is my dear friend Christina Fazzari, who teaches out of Soar Movement Studio in Toronto. If you can make it to her class , she will change your body and your life !
4. LIFESTYLE AND PHYSICAL PRESENTATION
“A well lived day, is medicine unto itself”. Acharya Shuna
So once the internal body is healthy, vibrant, and fluid with proper nourishment, and detoxification, we can then think of the outside as a compliment to our internal energy. Wear clothing that fits well, does not restrict movement or the body. Wear fabric that supports health, select natural fibers over synthetic fibers, and of course chemical free. Things like linen and cotton are ideal. Allow what you wear to be an expression of you, your feelings, your desires, your heart, your creativity and personal style. Do not be afraid to express with colour, colour is energy (be mindful about it). When choosing items ask yourself;
How does this make me feel?
What does this item say about me? is it true?
What do I want to express, and why?
Remember, whether thin, medium or big, each type of body and face structure, can be beautiful and radiantly magnetic, as long as good health exists; good health in body, in mind, and in spirit.
2nd KEY
GUNAM : Inner Beauty — Inner harmony of mind-body- spirit, this creates the beauty that shines from within which is more radiant and magnetic than anything you can do on the surface.
This is characterized by warmth, luminosity, and positivity, it is a reflection of a balanced mind and heart.
In Ayurveda therapies we can do to support this are ; sound therapy, abhyanga and therapeutic massage , Indian head massage, reiki, FST, and most importantly , meditation. These therapies help bring balance and harmony to the energetic body and chakra system.
For example , the traditional Indian Head Massage was designed to balance the senses and bring harmony to the central nervous system (the motherboard of the human body). The senses are an important aspect in ayurveda, along the chakra system. This is because we experience our life through our senses, and they are intimately connected to our chakra centers. Ayurveda works on bringing harmony to the chakra system through breath work, visualization , warm oiling , touch , massage, mantra, frequency etc. All Ayurvedic therapy, works the energy body.
The chakra system is very complex and I cannot address it in detail here , what is important for you to know is that this energetic system is real, it holds memory and emotion ( energy in motion) and the balance of this system is reflected in how we look, how we move, how we digest, how we think, how we live in every way.
example : A light energy body with a clear system stands tall, exudes luminosity, a light-heartedness, they are wise without seriousness, they hold space and conduct a room full of people. They have a well pitched harmonized voice , they have a soft gaze , they take purposeful action, they have meaningful interactions of connection. They know how to breathe , they know how to take in life around them and are in harmony with self and other.
A person with a blocked heart center - might role shoulders forward or have thoracic and low back pain. They may be cold or lack depth. Or an over active heart center might be overly emotional and lack boundaries.
A person with a block throat chakra may lack ability to express themselves, their pitch is usually off and unconfident.
A person with a with root or sacral chakra issues lacks grounding, creativity, passion, and trust. These are the people with phobias , anxiety, and intimacy issues. The have poor mobility and flexibility, tightness in the body is a big indicator especially in the legs , hips , and low back. And a person with poor motivation and confidence has a block in the solar plexus. they have poor core strength and bad posture.
All these centers have energetic frequency tied to emotions and thoughts and parts of our body, and they all build on each other. Balance in our chakra system is critical for mind-body harmony and yes soul health. Ayurvedic therapeutics are excellent for this because it is a therapy the work on the mental, physical, and spiritual body at the same time with various techniques like talk, breath, sound, touch, smell etc.
“the great thing about Ayurveda is that it’s treatments always yield side benefits, not side effects.” – Shubhra Krishan
Bottom line, how we feel emotionally & spiritually reflects on the outside. Our goal here is to cultivate inner harmony of the soul, the mind, and the body. Life can offer us many challenges and heart breaks; everyone is walking a path with unique challenges. It is how we flow and grow through these that makes all the difference. Another important aspect of this pillar is ; mind what you consume emotionally. the conversations you engage in, the music you hear, the books you read , the things you watch and yes the people (energy) you surround yourself with.
“The Ayurvedic route to great health involves two simple steps: Doing less, Being more.” – Shubhra Krishan
One key element to work on this harmony is with ‘letting go’, a heavy heart will weigh you down and this will be reflected in the physical body and take from your beauty and health. Letting go is not easy, cultivating inner harmony is not easy, it’s a forever practice that takes tending to, daily! This work is never done, so long as we are living, there will be much we need to let go of; you are not alone sister.
The first step toward a lighter heart and soul (or lighter energy body) is acceptance. The recognition that there are things that happen that we cannot change, things that may have caused hurt, acceptance and presence with that is an important part of letting go.
The second step is a desire to over come and re write the story. This includes taking one small daily step toward nurturing your heart (how you feel), your mind (how you think) and your body (physical self care), acknowledge and be where you are at, without racing forward , then when ready, determine one thing you can do to improve how you feel, think, and live.
The third step is a forgiveness practice (this will be done over and over and over as often as it takes). You can start with yourself and then do this for everyone you feel you need to forgive, any person, place or situation.
And lastly , the fourth step is to take your power back. To open your heart again, step into love and life with your fullness and strength and write your own story. Taking your power back is recognizing life is a mirror of how we think , feel, and act. When can change our entire life by changing our beliefs , thoughts, and actions. Here we move away from “life is happening to me- to - life happens through me, by me and as me”. I teach all this in depth in my ‘ CONSCIOUS CREATOR COURSE’ . Its a tiny but mighty offering that helps you step into your authentic power and start living with purpose.
“to follow our bliss and dive deeply into the mysteries of fragrance, colour, and taste, blended with the magnificent diversity of mother nature, is to become aware of who we really are.”
To take back our power and live authentically we need - the big F !
FORGIVENESS
Forgiveness can be hard, I know ! but here is one great teaching that changed my life; when it comes to forgiveness, we want to forgive for us, not them! so we can be free. Read that again if you have to.
Forgive for you, forgive for your joy, for your health, for your peace, forgive so you stop living with a part of you in the past. Because when we don’t forgive a part of us has not arrived here in this moment, in this life right now. If what you hold on to the past, then a big part of you remains in the past and you cannot move into a clear new beginning and future. So forgive for you!
The forgiveness practice is for us to live better, fuller, happier lives. The forgiveness is so we can empty the trash and begin a new smelling fresh. It is for us to pick out our weeds and begin planting a brand-new garden that looks and feels better than ever before.
I hope this has opened your mind about forgiveness and if you’re ready here is a great practice you can start as soon as today.
Grab a journal and ask yourself;
What do I need to forgive myself for?
What relationships do I need to forgive and release?
What people, and places? what situations? What memories?
Remember – be gentle, some things require releasing many times over, releasing isn’t instant, it takes consistent effort daily, weekly, sometimes monthly, until you can let it all go. The longer you’ve held it, the longer it takes to release.
Lastly, you’re not alone. There are many people who can help you if you’re open. Doing therapies like reiki, ayurvedic therapeutic massage, sound healing can all help during deep periods of needing to let go, and forgive.
In summary when we work to bring our emotional body into harmony, we often end up changing our appearance. Emotional releases help with weight loss, but also with rejuvenating the face. Typically, when we’ve overcome a hard time, people often notice we look different, better, we get compliments, and we ourselves feel like a brand-new person. Often times the physical changes on the outside happen by themselves, effortlessly. Sometimes we go a step further and change our hair, our style, begin to work on our body, but not out of vanity but rather, out of self love. All because we have finally let go.
Forgiveness Mantra
“I blame you for nothing, I forgive you for everything, I LOVE YOU”
3rd KEY
VAYASTYAG : Lasting Beauty.
“Ayurveda is a sister philosophy to yoga. It is the science of life and longevity and it teaches about the power and the cycles of nature and the elements.” -Christy Turlinton
This is about looking, and feeling, younger than your chronological age.
Well, this last one can only be achieved once the other two keys are in place. This is the icing on the cake, and it happens naturally when the other two keys are mastered.
I want to be clear that vayastyag is not about being immature and childish, far from it. It is about being so grounded in yourself that you can let go, and be playful with life and others. It is about belonging so fully to yourself, and owning all your parts with love and emotional maturity, clarity, and understanding. It is about accepting life with lightness rather than seriousness. It is about seeing life as a beautiful movie full of plot twists, and turns; some funny, some sad, some scary, some painful, some sensual and sexual, some exhilarating, and hopefully many that are just breathtakingly beautiful!
Can you begin to see yourself as the gorgeous protagonist of this epic story called your life?
How do you want to change the story starting now? You can literally throw in a plot twist this very moment and change yourself, your life, your role, your relationships …. all of it!
The minute you understand you are writing the story of your life, right now, in this very moment, you take back the power to write it as you wish. And yes, sometimes shit happens that we don’t plan for, but we can plan how we handle it, and we are going to overcome it.
In this third and final key to radiant and ageless beauty that lasts, I welcome you to get clear on who you’ve been in your story thus far?
What is your story? how do you want to change it? Where would you like to see it go?
Describe yourself in the story, what would you change? What is stopping you from changing?
This is your one wild precious life, what feeling do you want to have about your life before you die? How will you make that happen for yourself? write your story and start living and embodying it, with small daily steps ( thoughts and aligned action).
When we live out from our heart and passion, we are fueled with energy, vibrancy and yes, we become magnetic. When we become magnetic, we attract more of what we want; more beauty, more passion, more laughter, more fun, and more connection. You cannot build deep connections if you are not deeply connected to yourself first, and that means your own heart. You cannot feel deep love if you don’t offer deep love to your being, you cannot feel beautiful if you don’t offer beauty to yourself and others with how you treat them, you cannot feel young if you do not allow yourself to release what is old.
Surround yourself with light, youthful, bright hearted people. Do things that make you feel youthful and vibrant, and wear things that make you feel youthful and vibrant. And, one last little bonus!
Tap into your SENSUALITY AND PLEASURE, this is truly a 4th key, hidden within the third pillar of what constitutes “lasting radiant beauty”.
Within this key pillar is the liberating, and healing role of sexuality and sensuality. Many people think sexuality is just about sex, thats false. Sexuality is about you, your expression and connection to self. Its about passion ad desire in all things, its about beauty and joy, and its about bliss and aw!
So many women disconnect from their sexuality and sensuality and living in this way. Overtime the ability to live life in a state of pleasure, and romance can become hard , life is busy and too often life can bring hard ache that makes many women shut down. I am here to tell you its safe to open up to your sensuality and pleasure , and it is a fundamental key to radiance, beauty and feminine power. This too is a topic that is much deeper than we can explore here at this time, but ill leave you with a little peak into this magical thing called feminine sensuality and pleasure.
The sensation of pleasure (not just sexual, but all play and pleasure in life) produces massive amounts of a gas called nitric oxide. This is produced by the endothelial lining of blood vessels. Nitric oxide is the uber neurotransmitter that balances all the others; like dopamine, serotonin and other beta endorphins. These are the same neurotransmitters that so many women are trying to balance with psych meds, like Prozac, Paxil and other mood stabilizers. A prescription is NEVER the solution , if you don’t know already . Most of what we need can be found in how we live and the small tweaks to lifestyle that go a very long way.
If we engaged with our pleasure, sensuality and beauty daily, many , many things would be healed. From this place of intentional connection to our sensuality and pleasure, we radiate beauty, health, and vitality, and live in a place of true authentic power and ageless magnetism. Our sexuality, and in that our sensuality, is intimately connected to our health. And this is why it must be one of the pillars for feminine health and beauty.
I read a book that really solidified this for me. It is called ; ‘PUSSY , A Reclamation’. I think every woman needs to read this book !
Anyway , in the book, the author mentions that we have thousands of neurotrophins that are potent regulators in our brain, and nervous system. These neurotrophins, are also in targeted tissues and cell types such as the ovaries, uterus, and placenta. The dysregulation of neurotrophins in this area are linked to several diseases including ; Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Huntington's, multiple psychiatric disorders, and cancer. The research shows that many women with hysterectomies experience these negative mental impacts because our sexual organs are intimately connected to our brains and our brain health.
My point is our sexuality and sexual organs are not just for reproduction, they are part of our mental, emotional, and yes , our spiritual health. Through our sexuality and sensuality we explore our selves and the world. Through we experience life with more vitality , joy, and connectedness. Furthermore , through it , we have the power to birth ourselves into who we desire. It is a sacred power center and we need to ignite it. During our entire life we’ve been taught to hide this part of ourselves , or feel shame or guilt. Because of that, we disconnect from this power center thinking its a place for another to enter and enjoy, or a place for giving life to another , but its first and foremost - A place for us ! a place for feminine pleasure and joy. Pleasure is an essential part of keeping all our organs healthy and therefore, our entire being.
Our entire female genitalia are connected to our brain, it can integrate information from diverse sources including the hypothalamus, the neocortex, and the peripheral nervous system. In this book, the author Regina Thomashauer says; “when our pleasure center is engaged, we make better choices”. And this makes sense , because that means we are acting out of trust and joy , we are choosing from excitement , not fear, or lack. I want to be clear, all this pleasure talk is not be confused with promiscuous behaviour. To act from the pleasure center a woman must have a strong sense of personal worth and value, and make choices from self love, pleasure overflow, and passion, not lack or need. The two are very different. Also pleasure is not just about sexual pleasure , there is pleasure in a bowl of strawberries , in a dive in the ocean, in a walk in the sand. This is about the State of pleasure in life - not just sex.
Lastly m while still mentioning this amazing book , Regina mentions; “the sacred orgasm” , and I love that term by the way , change how I viewed orgasms for ever. Anyway, Unlike men, we don't release our energy in the same way. From a Chinese medicine perspective and even western medicine, men lose a lot of energy when they ejaculated, it depletes the ‘QI’. Women however, actually are replenished with energy when they orgasm. Here are some amazing facts that you probably didn't know about orgasms; They help us increase infection fighting cells, they spike our DHEA levels, they also help us metabolize healthy estrogen, they reduce pain receptors, and they improve healthy nervous system regulation. So, if you ever had any issues around self pleasure and orgasms , let me assure they are healthy and much needed m sweet darling!
In the book Regina also reminds us that we are the only mammals that have an organ specifically designed for pleasure, the clitoris. I never even thought about this until I read this book. I was absolutely stunned, we have an organ exclusively for pleasure. It’s only function and purpose is pleasure, nothing else! That means it is intentionally there - not an accident. You deserve to feel pleasure and ecstasy. There's a reason we have such an organ and yes our orgasm can be much more intense than a man’s and we can have longer and multiple orgasms in a single journey. There is a lot to be said on this topic - but you get the point. I just want to state ; this organ should be used with respect, joy and balance
Speaking about orgasm and sexual pleasure make it easy to connect to the feeling of pleasure but I want to get you to think of pleasure in a much more expansive way. Pleasure is our sacred fire, it is within all of us. When we live in that state of passion, pleasure, and beauty, we are connected to ourselves much more deeply, and our pure essence. We connect to the beauty of life all around us and can live from that place. Activating our a sacred fire is about mindset, not orgasm. The most important thing we need to do for ourselves in order to ignite this fire is; let go off all shame and guilt associated with your body, your sex , your pussy (yes i said the word) and your expression of all of that. No pleasure can be had with shame and guilt within our body. Shame and guilt block the sacral chakra - our pleasure and creativity center. This chakra is what ignites the solar plexus. Are we connecting the dots ? What else is in the Solar plexus ?, our gut brain ( intuition, and digestive fire )
The second most important way to activate this , it by being present with the beauty that is all around us, in nature, in food, in music, in art and architecture, etc. In short, I want you to turn on! I want you to live turned on , not to another, but to yourself, and to life. Start living in a way that is turned on to pleasure and beauty. Its more about being sensual, rather than sexual. Take pleasure in what you do, and how you do it, what you eat, and how you eat, what you wear and how you wear it, all of it. Move through life with intention and passion, let it all be an expression of your beauty. Get turned on, and stay turned on and let no one turn you off. No one gets that power , unless you give it to them. This is a power only you hold, just in case you’ve been taught different. Being turned on is all about you, not another person. And , it most certainly is a key to staying youthful, healthy, and vibrant.
“Ayurveda is a holistic science and lays emphasis on preserving health and beauty, this is defined in Ayurveda as – Soundness of body, organs, mind, and spirit.” -Sharadini Arun Dahanukar
In short, these key principles have become my religion. I believe these key principles form a foundation for a way of living that nurtures and heals the feminine. It heals, repairs, and strengthens, our mind, body, and soul, and creates magnetic beauty and radiance for every woman at any age. This is a way of being, and it is, within every woman’s reach.
I welcome you to step into this new paradigm of beauty and claim it for your life right now, I have broken it down for you step by step but I cannot do the work for you. It is now all up to you!
“As long as we are not living in harmony with nature and our constitution, we cannot expect ourselves to be really healed.
