This is the epic LIFT Method face sculpt and buccal massage, it is not a facial. It includes some grounding and relaxation , upper body work (chest , shoulders ,head & neck) , energy work , sound therapy and infra red light therapy. This treatment promotes deep relaxation of the facial musculature, improves microcirculation, stimulates lymphatic drainage, releases the fascia + plumps and tones the appearance of the face.
