Precise fascial release techniques to unwind fascial adhesions in the neck, create space in the cervical spine and restore cerebrospinal fluid flow.

Craniosacral and fascial work for the head and crown that allows for deep nervous system regulation and whole system integration.

50 minutes of deeply restorative fascial release therapy for the whole body that unwinds restrictions along the fascial chains. This method understands the body, its skin , and fascia as a tensegrity system where release, or restriction in one area impacts the whole. The face is not isolated from the body , its deeply interconnected with the body through nerves, skin, muscles, bones, and fascia. Treating the body is part of treating the face, especially when it comes to facial structure , appearance, and posture.
