Precise fascial release techniques to unwind fascial adhesions in the neck, create space in the cervical spine and restore cerebrospinal fluid flow.

50 minutes of deeply restorative fascial release therapy for the whole body that unwinds restrictions along the fascial chains. The face is not isolated from the body , its deeply interconnected with the body through nerves, skin, muscles, bones, and fascia. Treating the body is part of treating the face, especially when it comes to facial structure , appearance, and posture.
