Welcome.

I’m Joana, and I’m honored to guide you through this seven-day experience.

In this program, you’ll explore the power of your vagus nerve and learn how to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and reconnect with your body in a meaningful way.

When we talk about stress, we often focus on managing the external triggers. But stressors will always exist. What truly impacts your well-being is your ability to process and respond to stress.

This is where your window of tolerance comes in—a concept developed by Dr. Dan Siegel. It describes the range in which your nervous system can function without becoming overwhelmed.

  • Within this window → you feel grounded, present, and responsive (Ventral Vagal State/ para-sympathetic state)

  • Outside this window → you may feel anxious (hyper-aroused) or shut down (hypo-aroused/Dorsal vagal state) both of these are sympathetic responses.

When you are within the ventral vagal window, you can think clearly, feel your emotions, and respond intentionally.

When you move outside of it, your system shifts into survival states—either heightened activation or shutdown

The intention of this program is to expand that window, allowing you to move through life with greater steadiness, flexibility, and awareness.

Throughout this course, you will build a practical and embodied toolkit to:

    • Regulate your nervous system

    • Increase resilience to stress

    • Reduce physical tension and discomfort

    • Strengthen your connection to internal sensation

    Each lesson includes:

    • Foundational nervous system insight

    • A targeted vagus nerve/ nervous system practice

    • An integration exercise to deepen awareness

The goal is not to eliminate stress—but to expand your capacity to stay regulated within it.
